ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING PROGRAM
NursesMentor provides one-on-one mentoring to nursing professionals who are seeking guidance and support in their careers. During One-on-one mentoring, the mentee will work with an experience mentor who will provide personalize guidance, advice, and support, and helps the mentee develop their skills and abilities. This is a formal program which fosters a process of learning and developing through analyzing and evaluating one’s own experiences and actions.
MENTORING INTERNATIONAL EDUCATED NURSES (IENs)
NursesMentor is here assist and guide IENs to meet the standard of practice in Ontario. NursesMentor offers personalize mentorship to IENs with the goal of preparing them for success in the Canadian healthcare system. NursesMentor customize programs provide comprehensive support, including education on cultural differences, scope of practice and nursing regulation, within the Canadian healthcare context. NursesMentor's mentorship program helps IENs overcome barriers and achieve success in the Canadian healthcare system.
ONLINE MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
NursesMentor offers online mentorship programs that provide nurses with access to mentors and resources regardless of their location or schedule or needs. These programs include online webinars, or videoconferencing, allowing nurses to connect with mentors and peers from anywhere in the world.
